Mum’s Voices: Animated Short

A story about a boy and his experience with his mother who lives with schizophrenia. It is inspired by my family's lived experience. My hope is that people will empathise with these characters and ultimately empathise with those in our community who experience similar things.

ROLE: Writer, director, producer, animator and editor.

A CORE Education project for the Ministry of Education. Aotearoa New Zealand Histories curriculum. Age group 5-8 years.

ROLE: Animation and rigging of birds. Compositor and Editor.

Salvation Army: MORE Conference Opener

An animated opener for Salvation Army’s Youth & Children workers conference - MORE 2021. Created within a quick 5-day turnaround amongst other projects.

Fire & Emergency NZ: Frequent Values - Volunteer Benefits

I was tasked with producing two videos for the volunteer section:

1. To promote and raise awareness for volunteer firefighter benefits

2. To show volunteers how to access these benefits.

ROLE: Directing, writing, filming of b-roll, editing & motion graphics.

The Salvation Army NZFTS: A Sports Chaplain’s Impact

A short documentary piece that reflects on the story of sports chaplain, Matt Hawkins, and his introduction to North Harbour Water Polo Club through the tragic death of Kiwi water polo star, Rowan Brown.

ROLE: Filming & editing.

Seedling Yoga: Children’s Yoga for classrooms

Produced 8 x educational step-by-step children’s yoga videos along with a teacher intro video and short social media clips.
